Job summary

PMCF, an affiliate of Plante Moran, offers an internship program in M&A analytics in Denver. You will support financial modeling, research, and due diligence for middle-market transactions across North America.

You will work with senior bankers and gain exposure to multiple industry sectors, developing practical skills in financial analysis, reporting, and presentations. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance at an accredited college or university.
• Academic success with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Completion of introductory accounting and finance courses.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling with historical data, forecasts, and validated assumptions.
• Industry and company research and data analysis.
• Prepare selling document text, charts, and financial data.
• Assist in due diligence lists, NDAs, proposals, and management decks.
