Job summary

PMCF, a U.S. registered broker/dealer affiliated with Plante Moran, invites students to join a data-driven M&A internship. You will build financial models, research industries, and assist in preparing selling documents and due diligence materials.

Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork are essential as you work toward business-ready analyses. Eligible students pursue Accounting or Finance degrees, with a 3.0+ GPA, and will return to school after the internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance at an accredited college or university.
• Academic success with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Completion of introductory accounting and finance courses.
• This internship is designed for degree-seeking students who will return to school after the internship.
• Prior accounting or finance internships are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models by entering historical data, forecasting, and setting sound assumptions.
• Conduct industry and company research and analyze data.
• Prepare selling document text, charts, visuals, and financial data formatting.
• Assist with due diligence lists, engagement letters, proposals and management presentations.
