Job summary

PMCF, a U.S. registered broker/dealer, is an investment bank delivering M&A services to middle-market clients across North America, Europe and Asia.

We seek a detail-oriented associate to develop data-driven components for deals, oversee analysts, and support due diligence and client communications. You will contribute to financial modeling, market research, and the preparation of selling documents while collaborating with senior bankers on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of work experience in investment banking or transactional fields.
• Must reside in or near Metro Detroit, Chicagoland, or Denver, or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and accuracy of analyst duties, including modeling reviews and deal wrap-up.
• Develop analytical and data-driven components for M&A transactions.
• Research industries/companies for buyer lists, overviews, buying trends.
• Develop/manipulate financial models and valuations for financing and cash flow.
• Write sections of selling documents detailing company attributes.
• Assist in information requests, due diligence lists, engagements, and proposals.
• Communicate with potential buyers, financial institutions, attorneys, and clients.
• Participate in strategic discussions surrounding transactions.
