CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a Manager of Corporate Development to support the VP of Corporate Development on acquisition strategy and execution. The role collaborates with region presidents, business unit leaders, and senior leadership across the company on opportunities and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of relevant experience, with some corporate development, consulting, investment banking or private equity experience highly preferred
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial modeling and risk assessment skills
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel approximately 25%

Responsibilities

• Assist with the acquisition (M&A) process including market and business assessments, due diligence, valuation and modeling, contract negotiation, and post-closing issue tracking
• Analyze market reports and company information to assess potential acquisition opportunities
• Prepare detailed financial models to evaluate businesses
• Draft proposals, presentations, and other deliverables for senior leadership in support of acquisitions, investments, and other strategic initiatives
• Lead due diligence processes, coordinating with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare ad-hoc research for the VP of Corporate Development, President, and other members of the management team
