Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or finance preferred.
• 2–5 years in finance, consulting or business development with broad business acumen.
• Strong financial modeling, diagnostics, and operational analysis expected.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to work in ambiguity with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Learn complexities of a global building products enterprise and assist senior leaders.
• Prepare financial models and communications for strategic plan presentations.
• Analyze and prioritize a portfolio of initiatives and investments.
• Support integration and execution for acquisitions and major capital projects.
