Qualifications

• 3+ years within TAS, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or M&A Business Development.
• Experience sourcing new M&A targets.
• Strong closed M&A deal experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver presentations throughout the deal execution period.
• Assist in coordinating internal and external resources in due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, mostly buy-side.
• Conduct extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.
• Build and maintain client relations with established and prospective clients.
