• Strong English and PowerPoint presentation skills.
• 2–4 years of transactional experience on sell-side or buy-side preferred.
• Open to flexible/work-from-home arrangements; ideal candidates would join 1–3 days per week in CT or Westchester.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence, deal process management, data management and transaction management.
• Assist lead bankers with lead sourcing, pitch preparation and ad hoc items.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to execute existing deal pipeline and grow the business.
