Job summary

Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking an Investment Analyst or Associate to support ongoing M&A transactions in healthcare and business services. You will build financial models, create marketing materials, and conduct market research while working with senior leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will engage in live deal execution, maintain CRM data, and help identify potential investors and buyers across multiple stages of transactions.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable academic institution.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CapIQ, Pitchbook, or CRM platforms is a plus.
• Prior exposure to healthcare services or multi-site provider-based businesses is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
