Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead M&A initiatives, shaping scope, timelines and Lean/Agile methods for plant-related infra projects. You will direct cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and drive large-scale programs.

Preference for candidates in Cleveland, OH or Nashville, TN. The role covers initiating, planning, execution and closure with emphasis on budget, risk, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university/college degree; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 7-10 years of Project Management work experience.
• 3-5 years previous Scrum Agile work experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Draft the project charter and ensure alignment with scope and sponsor approval.
• Staff projects with resources; define roles and responsibilities for the team.
• Develop project plan with WBS, critical path, resources and effort; secure stakeholder commitment.
• Establish project budget including hardware, software and labor costs.
• Develop communication strategies with stakeholders.
• Develop risk management plans and mitigation and contingency strategies.
