Job summary

CareOregon seeks a senior project manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives using Lean and project management best practices. You will scope, plan, manage and implement complex projects, coordinating internal and external partners to drive collaboration and accountability while maintaining thorough documentation.

The role requires minimum five years of related experience, including four years managing projects and leading information systems work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ related experience with 4 years in project management.
• Independent leadership of medium to large-scale projects.
• Experience leading complex information systems projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans outlining components, milestones, priorities and resources.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings to identify needs and build consensus.
• Analyze business needs to identify technical solutions and inform plans.
• Lead stakeholders; monitor and communicate project status to sponsors and owners.
• Present updates and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, laws and regulations.
• Track costs, identify variances, and support process improvements.
• Provide SME guidance for implementation and ongoing support of internal systems.
