Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services leading large-scale initiatives with program management disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with various levels within the organization and influence key decision makers.
• The ability to lead across a cross‑functional team and drive outcomes without having direct authority.
• Desire to drive a world-class experience for our clients and partners.
• Strong understanding of Agile processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&A product team
• Oversee and drive the delivery of capability builds and integration readiness for large M&A deals and partnerships
• Partner closely with domain Product and Tech leads to ensure effective delivery
• Ensure end-to-end requirements are clearly documented and prioritized
• Maintain visibility and tracking of deal roadmap to an on-time and on-budget execution
• Oversee upstream & downstream dependencies are understood and documented
• Manage financials for the deal
• Triage and resolve complex issues with a client-first mindset
• Manage multiple client relationships
• Build playbooks, standardize integration processes, and implement process improvements
