Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a VP-level M&A Product Manager to drive success of large deals and partnerships, leading the M&A product team and coordinating with domain Product and Tech leads.

You will oversee capability builds, manage deal roadmaps, document requirements, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution while maintaining client-first focus and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services driving large-scale transformational initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across levels within the organization.
  • The ability to lead across a cross-functional team and drive outcomes without direct authority.

  • Strong understanding of Agile processes and tools.

Pay Range:

$167,066.00 - $278,512.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
