Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent with strong credentials; admitted to practice in the applicable state.
• Significant M&A/Private Equity drafting and deal-terms experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain M&A and Private Equity drafting forms and resources.
• Review forms against current law and market practice; ensure consistency with related Firm forms.
• Develop new forms and drafting guidance in response to practice needs.
