Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a discreet high-regard Am Law 100 international firm recognized by Chambers USA, seeks a 2 to 3 year M&A and Private Equity Associate for its New York, NY office.

You will handle sophisticated domestic and cross-border deals in technology, energy, and finance sectors, with hands-on involvement from day one and meaningful partner access in a collaborative global platform.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of law firm experience focused on mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong grounding in corporate transactional work and drafting of deal documentation.
• Excellent academic credentials and superior written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in-office in a fast-paced environment with collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise on public and private company mergers, acquisitions, and PE transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate core transaction documents and governance materials.
• Support deal execution including due diligence, structuring, closing, and post-closing matters.
• Collaborate directly with clients, partners, and cross-office teams.
