The People Of: Professional Services is seeking a Mid-Level M&A Associate for its team in New York, NY. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work in a premier international law firm, advising on complex M&A and Private Equity transactions.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience and a JD from a top-tier law school, as well as strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, alongside a competitive salary range of $310,000 – $390,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant M&A and private equity experience at a major law firm.
• Admitted to practice in New York and in good standing.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and actively admitted to the NY Bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Negotiate key transaction documents and manage due diligence.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners and clients on strategic deals.
