Job summary

Lyft seeks a high-impact Legal Operations Program Manager to lead the legal workstream of post-acquisition integration across global deals. This is a strategy-to-execution role focused on embedding the legal team early in deals and delivering a scalable integration model.

You will partner with Corporate Development, Finance, People, Tax, and Security to manage diligence, post-close integration, and governance; build playbooks, dashboards, and cross-functional processes to improve speed, quality,

Qualifications

6+ years in legal operations, BizOps, program management, or consulting with post-merger integration experience.
Excellent written and communication skills with executive presence and ability to drive clarity.
Familiarity with cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters; European experience a plus.

Responsibilities

M&A Integration Program Management: own the legal workstream from diligence to post-close in global acquisitions.
Program Leadership & Execution: manage plans, milestones, KPIs, and cross-functional execution.
Cross-Functional Engagement & Deal Support: partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, and others.
Outside Counsel / Vendor Management: coordinate with legal vendors and manage budgets.
Entity Management & Governance: support entity integration and governance harmonization.
Operating Model, Technology & Reporting: establish repeatable governance and metrics dashboards.
