Job summary

Lyft is seeking a high-impact Legal Operations Program Manager to lead post-acquisition integration within the Legal Operations team. You will own the legal workstream across diligence through post-close, partnering with the Corporate Development IMO and ensuring governance, risk, and compliance obligations are integrated into Lyft’s legal framework.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in legal operations, BizOps, program management, or consulting.
• Experience in post-merger / post-acquisition integration or large-scale M&A program management.
• Excellent written and communication skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the legal workstream of M&A integration across global acquisitions from diligence to post-close.
• Build legal M&A integration roadmaps with dependencies and critical path.
• Prepare and lead leadership readouts on integration status for each acquisition in scope.
• Track retirement of inherited legal risk and codify repeatable playbooks.
