Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure due diligence during M&A assessments and align infrastructure strategy with timelines and compliance requirements.
• Oversee Site Readiness and integration including networking, data centers, and security across acquired entities.
• Plan and execute system migrations, hardware relocations, and upgrades with minimal downtime.
• Design and implement network integration strategies, oversee site surveys, cabling, and security posture during transitions.
• Collaborate with security, legal, and business units; provide updates to executives on risks and progress.
