Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Business field; Master’s degree desirable.
• Certifications: Process Excellence / Six Sigma / Lean / Organizational Change Management / PMP / ITIL / Business Analyst Training / Green or Black Belt.
• 10+ years in Life Sciences, Pharma, MedTech, Biotech.
• 5+ years leading process improvement initiatives.
• 5+ years supporting digital strategy and transformation.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in, or supporting business development, integrations, and post integration processes
• Familiarity integrating QMS, PLM, and CRM.
• Preferred: Executive presentation skills, experience in MedTech quality and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT due diligence workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Orchestrates transition from due diligence to post-merger integration, unifying IT infrastructure, networks, emails, applications, and data without disrupting validated environments.
• Integration Planning & TSA Management: Day 1 readiness plan and End State roadmap; detailed workplans for AD migrations, ERP consolidations, and cloud integrations; manage TSAs.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure IT integration activities comply with GxP, HIPAA/GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11; re-validation of systems.
