Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Manager of IT Mergers & Acquisitions to lead the IT due diligence and post‑merger integration efforts. You will coordinate across Applications, Infrastructure, and Digital planning to align technology strategies with business goals.

You will shape an IT M&A playbook, evaluate architecture and cybersecurity, and partner with Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal to quantify synergies and risks. Hybrid in Princeton, NJ with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; master’s degree desirable.
• Proven track record in IT M&A and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through due diligence to post‑integration.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT due diligence workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Develops Day 1 readiness plans and End State roadmaps for integrations.
• Manages TSAs and ensures regulatory compliance (GxP, HIPAA/GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11).
