KPMG LLP in the United States seeks a Manager in Financial Due Diligence within Deal Advisory to lead and supervise buy-side and sell-side engagements. You will work with Fortune 1000 and middle-market clients, focusing on healthcare deals, guiding analysis and reporting to support deal negotiation.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of financial analysis, earnings quality, working capital, and risk assessment, plus strong project management and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA eligible; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in accounting/advisory/transaction services at a top firm.
• Healthcare deal experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for Fortune 1000 and PE clients, focusing on healthcare deals.
• Coordinate approach of client, KPMG teams, and third-party diligence providers through the transaction.
• Analyze target data to identify trends, earnings quality, working capital, liabilities and risks affecting valuation.
• Create tailored reports on normalized earnings, valuation inputs, budget achievability, and indebtedness.
