Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the integration of acquired businesses into our global enterprise. This highly visible role requires structuring complex integrations and aligning cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage integration plans, anticipate challenges, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery. The company notes preference for candidates near Eden Prairie MN or Chicago IL, but fully remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, large-scale, and complex integration projects, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
• Own critical project documentation, including project charters, plans, process flows and value stream maps, resource requirements, and business cases.
• Bring together internal and external stakeholders around shared priorities, deliverables, dependencies, and decisions, building trust through clear and consistent communication.
• Drive projects forward to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget, taking ownership of outcomes, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating when appropriate.
• Lead teams through change by influencing without direct authority, welcoming different perspectives, and constructively challenging the status quo to achieve stronger outcomes.
• Track, manage, and communicate project progress and financial performance, including resource requirements, budget-to-actual performance, key milestones, and project outcomes.
• Apply a continuous improvement and builder mindset to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and strengthen the tools, processes, and ways of working that support successful integrations.
• Partner with experts across the business to transfer knowledge, strengthen organizational capabilities, and mentor project team members.
