Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the integration of acquired businesses into our global enterprise. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex plans, and drive value through structured integration across borders.

A preference for Eden Prairie, MN or Chicago, IL with in-person collaboration, but fully remote candidates are welcome if a strong fit is found. You will own project documentation, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, large-scale, and complex integration projects, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and driving execution across cross-functional teams
• Own critical project documentation, including project charters, plans, process flows and value stream maps, resource requirements, and business cases
• Bring together internal and external stakeholders around shared priorities, deliverables, dependencies, and decisions, building trust through clear and consistent communication
• Drive projects forward to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget, taking ownership of outcomes, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating when appropriate
• Lead teams through change by influencing without direct authority, welcoming different perspectives, and constructively challenging the status quo to achieve stronger outcomes
• Track, manage, and communicate project progress and financial performance, including resource requirements, budget-to-actual performance, key milestones, and project outcomes
• Apply a continuous improvement and builder mindset to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and strengthen the tools, processes, and ways of working that support successful integrations
• Partner with experts across the business to transfer knowledge, strengthen organizational capabilities, and mentor project team members
