• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of PM experience; flexible hours including some weekends/late hours.
• PM certification preferred; experience in supply chain/logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, large-scale integration projects across cross-functional teams.
• Own project charters, plans, process flows, and business cases.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders around priorities and decisions.
• Drive projects on time and within budget; identify risks and resolve issues.
• Lead through change without direct authority and challenge status quo.
• Track progress and financial performance including budgets and milestones.
• Foster continuous improvement and transfer knowledge across the business.
• Mentor project team members and partner with experts.
