Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the integration of acquired businesses into our global enterprise. This highly visible role coordinates cross-functional teams, translates strategy into action, and ensures value delivery throughout complex integrations.

You’ll build and execute integration plans, manage risks, and drive change while partnering with experts across the business. Eden Prairie, MN or Chicago, IL preferred, remote considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with multiple projects.
• Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends/late hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale integration projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Own project documentation: charters, plans, flows, budgets.
• Align stakeholders around priorities and decisions with clear communication.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget, manage risks and issues.
• Influence without authority and lead change across teams.
• Track progress and financial performance, milestones and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in integration processes.
• Transfer knowledge and mentor project team members.
• Lead ROM projects to advance the lean operating model.
