Responsabilités

• Support all phases of acquisition integration, including strategy development and planning.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to finalize integration plans.
• Oversee identification, approval and tracking of integration costs.
• Support M&A scorecard process and quarterly KPI tracking.
• Assist in implementing process improvements for integration outcomes.
