Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate or equivalent governance experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in corporate governance, legal entity management, or related operations.
• Strong understanding of governance principles and entity structures.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, integrations or complex transactions.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with global stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience with legal entity management systems.
• Knowledge of governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary governance integration lead for acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactions.
• Coordinate onboarding, governance readiness activities, and post-close integration.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Treasury, Tax, Controllers and cross-functional teams.
• Support assessment, documentation, and remediation of governance matters identified during diligence.
• Maintain accurate legal entity data, ownership records, and governance documentation.
• Drive integration readiness and transition planning for ongoing governance processes.
• Coordinate governance support for banking, signatory, KYC, UBO and related activities.
• Develop and monitor integration plans, remediation trackers, and governance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance processes and automate where possible.
• Support Global Legal Entities priorities and special projects as needed.
