Job summary

Genius Sports in New York is seeking an IMO Program Manager to lead end-to-end M&A integration delivery, from planning through execution and business transition. In this hands-on leadership role, you will establish governance, drive cross-functional workstreams, and report to executive stakeholders.

You''ll coordinate with People, Finance, IT, Legal, Risk, Commercial and external advisory partners, manage risks, and continuously improve integration playbooks to enable successful integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program management, PMO, or M&A integration.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of governance, planning, RAID, reporting and Steering Committee practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills, including leadership presentations and governance facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of M&A integration programs, ensuring objectives, timelines and value targets are met.
• Develop and maintain the overall integration programme plan with milestones and deliverables.
• Establish and manage programme governance with SteerCo reporting and executive updates.
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams across People, Finance, IT, Legal, Risk, Commercial and Ops.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies, escalating as needed.
