Diverge Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an early-stage merger integration from planning through execution. You will coordinate workstreams, maintain detailed execution plans, and ensure alignment with executives and stakeholders.
This role requires cross-functional collaboration and a focus on delivering a thoughtful, organized integration experience. Ideal candidates will have PMP credentials, 3+ years of PM experience including two or more end-to-end M&A integrations,

You'll inherit an early-stage merger integration and carry it forward, bridging what's already been scoped with the detailed execution plans needed to see it through. You'll serve as the operational backbone of the effort, keeping workstreams on track, enabling executives to stay at the right altitude, and ensuring both sides of the transaction experience the integration as thoughtful, organized, and human.
This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position. Commensurate on candidate experience, the expected base salary range for this role is $125,000-$140,000.
