Key Responsibilities For The Construction Integration Manager
- Lead the integration of newly acquired roofing and construction businesses into a growing national platform.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, accounting, procurement, and executive leadership to drive alignment.
- Conduct operational assessments and due diligence to identify integration priorities, opportunities, and risks.
- The Construction Integration Manager will support the implementation and adoption of ERP, CRM, and other critical business systems.
- Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reporting, compliance, and scalability.
- Travel to acquired businesses to facilitate onboarding, training, and successful integration execution.
Qualifications For The Construction Integration Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business preferred.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or multi-site business transformations within construction, roofing, building services, or related industries.
- Strong blend of construction operations knowledge and finance, accounting, or business analysis experience.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, reporting tools, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% to support integration and operational initiatives.
