M&A Integration / IMO Project Management Engagement
Situation
Our client is a rapidly growing technology organization expanding through the acquisition of innovative companies and capabilities. As the organization continues to scale, integrating new acquisitions into the broader business requires coordination across multiple functional areas, geographies, systems, and teams.
The client has turned to SolomonEdwards for hands‑on program management expertise to support acquisition integration efforts from pre‑close planning through Day 1 and post‑close execution.
The emphasis of this engagement will be on creating structure in a fast‑paced environment, coordinating multiple concurrent integrations, identifying gaps and dependencies, and ensuring critical integration activities continue moving forward even when established processes, tools, or detailed project plans are not yet in place.
Definition of Success
Success will be defined by strong hands‑on project management, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to create structure and drive execution in an evolving M&A environment.
The successful Project Manager will translate deal objectives into actionable integration plans, establish clear ownership and milestones, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and maintain visibility across multiple concurrent transactions and functional workstreams.
Success will also depend upon the ability to operate with a high degree of independence, quickly assess what needs to happen, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions and execution without relying on fully developed processes or established project‑management infrastructure.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $90 - $105/hr.
