Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required).
• PM certification is preferred.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple, large-scale, and complex integration projects, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
• Own critical project documentation, including charters, plans, process flows and value stream maps, resource requirements, and business cases.
• Build consensus among internal and external stakeholders around priorities, deliverables, and decisions, with clear communication.
• Track progress and financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery within scope.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer across the organization.
