C.H. Robinson seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the integration of acquired businesses into our global enterprise. You will coordinate across teams, build integration plans, and drive value while navigating change. Preference for Eden Prairie, MN or Chicago, IL but fully remote candidates are welcome to apply.

You will own charters, plans, process maps, and business cases, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, while mentoring staff and strengthening organizational capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor; degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with multi-project handling.
• Ability to work flexible hours (weekend/late hours may be required).

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple, large-scale integration projects across cross-functional teams.
• Own project documentation: charters, plans, flow maps, budgets, and business cases.
• Coordinate stakeholders, communicate decisions clearly, and manage dependencies.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery and address risks with escalation when needed.
• Lead change by influencing without direct authority and embracing diverse perspectives.
• Monitor progress and financial performance, including resource needs and milestones.
• Apply continuous improvement to tools, processes, and ways of working for integrations.
• Partner with experts to transfer knowledge and mentor team members.
• Lead ROM projects to advance the lean operating model.
