Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to lead merger integrations and large transformation programs across the enterprise.

You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure initiatives stay on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a business degree, 8–10 years of P&C insurance project management experience, and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Project Scope & Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and priorities.
• M&A Integration Leadership: Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Transformation Program Management: Oversee large-scale transformation projects with process, systems, and teams alignment.
• Resource Coordination: Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for appropriate support.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: Maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Change Management: Manage changes and scope adjustments while maintaining stakeholder alignment.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular leadership updates on status, risks, and decisions.
• Performance Measurement: Use PM tools and metrics to evaluate progress.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain comprehensive project docs and governance records.
