Job summary

Teradyne in North Reading, MA, seeks a Senior Director, M&A Integration and Deal Execution to lead the integration program across transactions from diligence through Day 1 and beyond. You will chair the Integration Management Office, coordinate with executives, and drive risk management and synergy delivery.

Travel is required domestically and internationally; onsite four days per week. We require 12+ years in M&A integration or transaction program management and a proven record leading complex,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in M&A integration or transaction program management.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end integrations, including cross-border transactions.
• Strong written discipline, structure, and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program manager for all active transactions across business groups and own the deal calendar and workstream plans.
• Drive the diligence cadence, issue escalation, and consolidation of findings into Day 1 and first hundred days plans.
• Chair the Integration Management Office and track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure Day 1 readiness and finance/legal/IT/HR/supply chain alignment for steady-state operations.
• Develop and refine the integration playbook, checklists, and scorecards; manage risk and synergies.
