Job summary

Teradyne seeks a senior program leader to run the execution engine behind inorganic growth. This role chairs the Integration Management Office, defines cadence, and ensures integration from diligence through Day 1 to steady state.

The position requires leading complex, multinational integrations with regular exposure to Teradyne’s executive team, and periodic travel, primarily to Asia, with four onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in M&A integration or transaction program management.
• Experience in technology, semiconductor, or engineering-driven manufacturing environments.
• Exceptional ability to lead senior functional leaders and maintain structured follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program manager for all active transactions across Semi, Product Test and Robotics groups; own calendars, workstreams, decisions, risks.
• Run diligence cadence with kickoff, coverage, issue escalation, and item closure before signing.
• Drive cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales) to committed dates.
• Own the closing checklist and conditions precedent through signing and close.
• Manage deal infrastructure, data rooms, external coordination, budgets, and executive logistics.
• Begin integration planning during diligence; translate findings into Day 1 and first 100 days plans.
