Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in the United States is seeking a seasoned insurance professional to analyze programs, identify coverage gaps, and advise on risk management strategies for complex commercial accounts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in client service
• High School diploma with 7+ years in client service
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Insurance designations preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical abilities
• Team-oriented self-starter capable of managing deadlines and multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance programs to identify risks, coverage deficiencies, contingent liabilities, and transaction-related exposures
• Implement post-close insurance strategies, including endorsements and tail/run-off coverage placement
• Serve as a trusted advisor on complex commercial insurance programs, renewal strategy, carrier negotiations, and ongoing risk management initiatives
• Collaborate with clients, producers, underwriters, legal counsel, and transaction advisors to deliver integrated risk and insurance solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering expert guidance on risk management, coverage structure, and compliance requirements
