Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced M&A Human Capital Manager to join the Integration & Divestiture team. You will lead human capital workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures, including planning, execution, and delivery management, while advising on HR functional integration and workforce transition.

The role requires 6+ years in HR and M&A, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 50%. MBA preference and sponsorship considerations apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 M&A Human Capital projects experience preferred.
• 6+ years in HR functions and processes.
• 6+ years consulting/industry experience including change management.
• Experience in business development or proposal writing.
• Experience leading road mapping and workshops.
• Travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead human capital workstreams across M&A, integration, and divestitures.
• Develop and implement change management and communications strategies.
• Assess legacy vs. future-state cultures and align workforce plans.
• Advise on HR functional integration (systems, payroll, Total Rewards).
• Drive workforce optimization and organizational design for future work models.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, team oversight, and deliverables.
