Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager for M&A Human Capital within the Integration & Divestiture team. You will lead HR workstreams across mergers, integrations, and divestitures, guiding change management, stakeholder engagement, and HR functional integration to enable transaction value and future-state success.

You will collaborate with cross-functional deal teams, drive workforce design, and support transformation programs while traveling as needed to serve clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supporting and/or delivering at least 4 M&A Human Capital projects, including restructuring and due diligence.
• 6+ years of experience developing and implementing HR transaction strategy.
• 6+ years of experience in HR functions and processes (HR strategy, operating model design, M&A, HR tech).
• Experience leading workshops/labs/stakeholder meetings for requirements gathering.
• Experience leading vendor selection (RFPs/RFIs, scoring).
• 6+ years of consulting/industry experience in change management, org design, HR strategy/operations, or talent solutions; MBA with 4+ years acceptable.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead human capital workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures.
• Develop and implement change management and communication strategies for leaders and employees.
• Advise on HR functional integration, including systems, payroll, rewards, leadership development, and workforce transition.
• Manage day-to-day engagement activities: client relationships, team oversight, workshops, and proposals.
• Support organization design and workforce transition plans to optimize future-state structures.
