Job summary

Paxos is seeking a Corporate Development professional to drive inorganic growth, manage end-to-end M&A, and lead fundraising efforts, reporting to the CFO. You will own the full lifecycle, from sourcing and diligence to close and investor updates.

You will build financial models, assess market opportunities, and partner with executives to shape Paxos’s strategic plan while scaling Paxos Ventures and portfolio activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of executing M&A or investment transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to manage fundraising processes end-to-end.
• Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, or fintech is a plus.
• 7+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the M&A process end-to-end, including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and close.
• Lead end-to-end equity fundraising workstreams, materials, data rooms, and investor relations.
• Provide strategic input to executive leadership on market opportunities and priorities.
• Scale Paxos Ventures by sourcing and evaluating early-stage investments.
• Develop repeatable corp dev processes, templates, and frameworks.
