Job summary

Paxos, a leader in blockchain infrastructure, is seeking a Corporate Development professional in New York to drive inorganic growth. You will own the end-to-end M&A lifecycle and lead fundraising efforts alongside the CFO and CEO.

You will source targets, supervise due diligence, build financial models, and present investment theses to the executive team. The role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of closing deals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of executing M&A or investment transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• You enjoy building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to own fundraising processes end-to-end.
• Familiarity with blockchain, digital assets, or fintech space is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for CFOs and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the M&A process end-to-end: develop theses, monitor trends, align with Paxos priorities.
• Source, evaluate, and execute acquisitions with cross-functional diligence and close.
• Build and maintain a live pipeline of targets across infrastructure and regulated capabilities.
• Lead fundraising processes: create investor materials, manage data rooms, coordinate diligence.
• Provide ongoing investor relations and strategic input to leadership.
