Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or combination with audit, must include at least 2 years of financial due diligence).
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred (but not required).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction-related issues.
• CPA (or at minimum, pursuing CPA).
