Jobot is seeking an Associate for Transaction Advisory Services focused on Financial Due Diligence in Chicago. You will perform M&A financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients, supporting purchase accounting and SEC-related matters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (preferably with Big 4)
• Experience with Tableau and Alteryx for data analytics is preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting and purchase accounting
• CPA certification or active CPA in progress recommended

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze financial data and risks
• Support client engagement delivery and data analytics initiatives
• Assist in reporting and presenting findings to stakeholders
