Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in an M&A investment banking role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Very strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to interact with clients professionally.
• Understanding of financial, legal and reputational risks in large banks.
