Job summary

Osaic seeks a Succession & Acquisition Consultant to support succession, mergers, valuations, continuity, and business development across the broker-dealer network. You will assist existing financial professionals with internal succession and continuity, and advise advisors on internal or external acquisitions within the Osaic ecosystem.

The role is full-time in a hybrid environment, offering a competitive compensation package with benefits and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in financial services or broker-dealer environment.
• Fluent in MS Office and CRM (Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling/valuation.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant for succession and acquisition within the Osaic network.
• Support the development of an internal acquisition lending program.
• Develop and promote the Osaic Succession & Acquisition efforts.
• Track data and prepare reports for SVP and senior management.
• Assist with the interactive matching website for buyers, sellers, and partners.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Transitions, Legal, Compliance, Licensing & Registration, Commission, etc.
