Osaic seeks a Succession & Acquisition Consultant to support the broker-dealer community with succession, mergers, acquisitions, valuation, continuity, and business development within the Osaic platform.

This full-time role works with financial professionals needing internal succession support and with advisors seeking to sell or acquire businesses inside or outside the Osaic network; hybrid in-office schedule requires four days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma (or equivalent) with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilités

• Act as a consultant for succession and acquisition within the Osaic network.
• Develop and manage internal acquisition lending program.
• Promote and support Osaic Succession & Acquisition efforts.
• Track data and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Assist in building an interactive matching website for buyers, sellers, and partners.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Legal, Compliance, Licensing & Registration, and other teams.
• Provide financial modeling and cash flow analysis; create presentations.
