The M&A Business Systems team seeks a Solution Analyst, M&A to own hands‑on configuration, data manipulation, and integration work across the full acquisition portfolio. You will be embedded in the full integration lifecycle, from onsite discovery to Go‑Live support, and will collaborate with teams using Oracle Fusion ERP, Teamcenter, Forge, Salesforce, and

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on ERP experience with Oracle Fusion or similar.
Experience with data migrations and mapping to target templates.
Experience designing intercompany transactions and legal entities.
Ability to work in agile/sprint environments and write user stories.
Strong cross-functional communication with accounting, legal, ops, and ERP developers.
Willingness to travel up to 50% to domestic and international sites.
U.S. Person status required and onsite work.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end data conversion for M&A integrations and ensure data quality.
Support legal entity design and intercompany configuration for new acquisitions.
Configure Oracle entities across DTB, WMS, PTP, OTC, PTC, and RTR.
Plan, execute, and document testing cycles; resolve defects with teams.
Travel onsite to acquired sites to lead discovery and provide Go‑Live support.
Develop standardized data templates, SOPs, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross‑functional tool teams to coordinate changes and tests.
Work in an agile environment and drive sprint milestones.
Maintain M&A ERP knowledge base and document design decisions.
