Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an early-career Solution Analyst, M&A to own hands‑on configuration, data manipulation, and integration tasks across our acquisition portfolio. You’ll grow through the full lifecycle from discovery to Go-Live, collaborating across ERP, PLM, Salesforce, and other systems.

You will work with a fast-moving team, in a high‑tempo environment, and support multiple integrations across U.S. sites and international locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ERP experience including configuration and data migration.
• Experience with M&A integration or rapid deployment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion and intercompany/legal entity setup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end data conversion for M&A integrations from source to Oracle templates.
• Configure new Oracle entities across several workstreams (DTB, WMS, PTP, OTC, RTR).
• Plan, execute, and document testing cycles; resolve defects with satellite teams.
• Travel onsite up to 50% for discovery, onboarding, and go-live support.
• Create reusable templates and SOPs to scale future acquisitions.
