Job summary

Aon in Boston is seeking an experienced Risk & Insurance Due Diligence Project Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Services team. You will support due diligence projects within M&A, coordinating with brokers, coverage experts, originators, client teams and private equity clients.

This hybrid role offers three days in office per week, with a focus on data analysis, reports, and client presentations, and a pathway to develop relationships and deliver value in complex transactions.

Qualifications

• Property and casualty insurance proficiency or willingness to broaden.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence projects of varying complexity.
• Prepare reports and deliver to clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with brokers and M&A teams.
• Develop solutions to transaction issues and implement.
• Analyze data and prepare proposals.
