Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 8-10 years of experience in strategy, business management, project management, business operations, FP&A, or related field.
• M&A experience strongly preferred; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence, integration and separation planning on small to medium transactions.
• Provide support on complex deals, contributing to synthesis, integration design and risk framing.
• Connect due diligence findings to the deal thesis for senior leadership decisions.
